Meet Bryan Swetmon
Tell us about your background and how you got into the industry.
My brother owned a paint company, and I worked for him for many years. That’s where I learned the trade and what it takes to do the work right. I moved to Georgia and put myself through the University of Georgia, paying my own way. Fifteen+ years ago I started Nationwide Construction Labor (NCL), and I’ve grown it from there. We now serve clients across the entire country, with a focus on the Southeast.
What do you enjoy most about the work you do?
I love working with people to create spaces where they can work, play, and gather. Meeting new people and offering a service that can improve their day-to-day life is what keeps me excited to show up.
What is your philosophy when working with customers?
We give you the best quality for a fair price. It’s simple: “My philosophy is to do the next right thing.”
What are you most proud of accomplishing with the company?
The team I’ve built. The people I work with every day are the reason NCL is as successful as it is.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Golf, coaching football, traveling with my family, and watching the Dawgs win. Go Dawgs.
